- What counts as a document?
- One uploaded file that goes through extraction. PDFs, images, audio, and transcripts all count the same.
- What counts as an output?
- One generated story, Facebook post, newsletter article, or presentation. Book, video, graphic, and audio outputs will count the same way when they ship.
- Who owns the documents I upload?
- Your society owns the raw documents. You can export everything as a ZIP at any time, and on cancellation you have 30 days to download before anything is removed.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings any time. The change applies on your next renewal.
- Do you offer annual pricing?
- Annual billing is two months free (pay for ten, get twelve). Pick the annual cadence on the payment page.
